Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • The Ultimate Dezine Referral Program is open to all individuals who have used our services or are clients.
   • Referrals must be new clients who have not previously inquired or signed up for our services.
2. Referral Process
   • To participate, you must refer a friend, colleague, or business in need of a website by submitting their details through the referral form or via email.
   • The person being referred must be aware that their information has been shared with Ultimate Dezine and that they will be contacted regarding the referral. Cold referrals without prior consent will not be accepted.
   • The referral must result in a confirmed, signed contract for a website design package with Ultimate Dezine.
3. Reward
   • Once the referred client completes payment for their website design package, the referrer will be eligible for a reward of 10% of the website price or up to R1000 worth of services, at the referrer’s choice.
   • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, except for the specified work to the value of R1000.
4. Payment Timing
   • Rewards will be paid out within 30 days after the referred client has made the final payment for their website design package.
   • If the 10% Cash Reward is selected the payments will be made via EFT.
   • If the R1000 value of the work reward is selected the value will be added as a service to: Update your website info, design a WhatsApp Flyer etc. Please contact Sandy for more info about this at the time you want to use it.
5. Limitations
   • Only one reward will be given per referral.
   • This program cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
   • Ultimate Dezine reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that are deemed fraudulent or in violation of the program’s integrity.
6. Right to Modify
   • Ultimate Dezine reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
7. Privacy
   • Any personal information shared in the referral process will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose beyond this program according to the POPI Act of South Africa.
8. Referral Form
   • Referrals should be submitted via the referral form on our website or by email to sandy@udezine.co.za. The referral must include valid contact details for the referred individual or business.
   • The referrer must confirm that the referred person has given consent to be contacted by Ultimate Dezine regarding website services.
